Healing Cuisine offers simple and delicious ways to protect your health, nourish your body and restore your well–being. Healing Cuisine is whole foods cuisine that emphasizes seasonal plant foods in gourmet recipes. Recipes are vegan (dairy–free vegetarian) and macrobiotic (include plant foods in balanced proportions and specific healing foods that have been found to prevent and reverse disease). While organic ingredients are always preferred, getting started on preparing a balance of plant foods is the most important thing. Each recipe comes with a nutritional analysis so you can see how well you’re eating.
